AKT is a functional approach to fitness combining dance-based cardio, strength, tone, and circuit training in an inclusive and vibrant atmosphere.
Any of our AKT classes provide a great place to start as we break down each exercise and offer modifications for every level of fitness. We do our best to make you feel comfortable in our environment and just want you to have a great workout. Our community is warm, welcoming, encouraging and non-judging.
