AKT - MOVE WITH PURPOSE
AKT is a functional approach to fitness combining movement-based cardio, strength, tone, and circuit training in an inclusive and vibrant atmosphere.
AKT offers full-body workouts that combine cardio intervals with strength and toning, which are effective and accessible for all fitness levels. AKT is fueled by positivity and the belief that movement has a powerful, lasting impact. Most classes are 45 minutes while offering some 60 minute classes.
All of our classes rotate every four weeks (sometimes more frequently), ensuring you don't get bored or plateau so we can keep you motivated throughout your fitness journey.
