You can book up to 30 days in advance.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Try logging out of the app and log back in using the email you receive class booking information to. Make sure to select the correct "home studio" (the one you signed up with as your membership is connected to the studio).

If you forgot your password, click "forgot password" and follow the steps to change your password after receiving the automated password reset email.

Unlimited members who cancel their booking within 8 hours of the class starting time will be charged a $15 late cancel fee. Class package holders and members who have a Monthly 4X or 8X plan will lose the class credit associated with that booking.

If you are unable to attend your class, please log into your account on the AKT app or website and cancel your class reservation as soon as possible. Unlimited Members who do not cancel or show for class will be charged a $20 no-show fee. Class package holders and Monthly 4X and 8X Members will lose the class credit associated with that booking. When a spot is booked but unused, that means that someone else may be missing their chance to take class.

A temporary freeze is available on select memberships for a $15 monthly fee. Requests should be directed to your “Home” studio with at least 2 weeks notice. Frozen memberships must be reactivated in order to cancel. Cancellation policies apply.
