Our AKT Classes are designed for people of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels. We teach modifications in each of our classes so that you can go at a pace that works best for you. So whether you're at a beginner, intermediate or advanced level: we have you covered. Our goal is to help you reach YOUR goals and make sure you have the motivation needed to keep going.
A new workout can be intimidating, but we’ll be there to guide you every step of the way. Here are a few tips to get the most out of your first class:
Make sure to arrive 15 minutes before your class start time so you get checked in, take a studio tour, and meet your trainer.
Grab a towel, fill up your water bottle at our water refill station and place any personal belongings in our custom lockers.
Class starts with a choreographed warm up, followed by a full-body workout featuring our four Signature Class Types: BANDS, CIRCUIT, TONE, and DANCE OR one of our other beloved AKT Classes.
Your first class might be challenging but stick with it! You’ll get the hang of it after 3-4 classes. Download and log into our APP to keep track of results, hit milestones and earn exclusive AKT support and celebration!
