Our INTRO TO AKT Class is designed for newcomers as it combines our four signature classes: DANCE, BANDS, TONE, and CIRCUIT so you get a great feel for what we’re all about.
A new workout can be intimidating, but we’ll be there to guide you every step of the way. Here are a few tips to get the most out of your first class:
Make sure to arrive 15 minutes before your class start time so you get checked in, take a studio tour, and meet your trainer.
Grab a towel, fill up your water bottle at our FloWater station and place any personal belongings in our custom lockers.
Class starts with a choreographed warm up, followed by a full-body workout featuring our four Signature Class Types: BANDS, CIRCUIT, TONE, and DANCE.
Your first class might be challenging but stick with it! You’ll get the hang of it after 3-4 classes. Sign up for our Badass Loyalty Program to keep track of results, hit milestones and earn exclusive AKT swag!
