When we opened AKT Brier Creek, we offered 4 Signature Classes. Since then we have expanded and have added much more to the schedule and will continue to do so.

GET STRONGER
Boot Camp style workouts that target full body strength and rotating stations that are cycled through multiple times making the workouts move quickly.
POWER + CARDIO
Build lean muscle mass by combining plyometric full body power exercises, with cardio and strength movements in timed intervals.
LIFTING
Full-body resistance training using your choice of light or heavy weights that focuses on strength.
FLEXIBILITY
Inspired by elements of ballet, yoga and Pilates, while focused on the lower body and core, developing strength and flexibility from the ankles up through the calves and knees, thighs, glutes and abdominals.
DANCE
High-energy Cardio Dance combines elements of Pop, Zumba & Hip Hop, creating a fun and exhilarating experience that will burn calories like never before.
EVERY 4 WEEKS
All of our classes rotate every 4 weeks (sometimes more frequently), making sure you don't get bored or plateau so we can keep you motivated throughout your fitness journey.
